Server log. The IP address and the requested address appear in the error log only for failed requests. Received by: the host of the site's server. Storage time: 30 days. Why it is used: keeping the site working, diagnosing errors and keeping it secure.
Information: referrer, address requested, how much data was sent, the IP address, the time and date, response code, browser and device type (user agent).
Clicks on the offer buttons. Why it is used: forwarding you to the operator's site and tallying referrals. Received by: the company hosting the site's server. Information: the offer behind the button, website, an identifier for the click, page the click came from, response code, the time and date, button position, method of the request. Recorded only for clicks on buttons that lead to the site of an operator.
Click server. Information: an identifier for the click, the offer behind the button, the time and date, outcome of the automated-traffic check, website, the type of device, button position, page the click came from, test click flag. Why it is used: routing the click to the matching offer and filtering automated traffic. Received by: our click server. Your IP address and browser details serve only the click itself and are not stored.
The country of the IP address. Information: country (worked out from the IP address). Received by: the publisher's click server. Why it is used: sending you to the offer that applies where you are. The country comes from a locally stored GeoLite2 database kept on the click server; no one else receives the IP address for this.
The operator's affiliate programme. The programme receives only the click identifier from this website: no name, e-mail address, feedback message or any other contact details. Information: amount reported with the event, the kind of event (registration or deposit), status of the event, transaction reference, currency of the amount, an identifier for the click.
Received by: the affiliate programme of the operator; after the click, your data is handled by the operator under its own privacy policy. Why it is used: allowing the programme to report a registration or deposit that you make after you click.
The feedback form. The message is the one field you must fill in, and without an email address we cannot answer; the IP address itself is not stored: we keep only its hash, to curb repeated messages (spam); the same form lets you ask us to delete your message earlier.
Our database backups, which can contain messages, are kept for no longer than 12 months and are then deleted. Received by: only this site's editors; messages are held on our own server and are not shared with anyone or sold.
Information: page where you used the form, your email address (only if you want a reply), the message you write, a salted hash of the device's IP address, the time and date, name (optional). Storage time: 30 days and then deleted.
Why it is used: handling your complaint or idea about this site and replying to it; your name and email address are used only for that reply and for nothing else.
Not used on this site: email newsletters, third-party scripts, advertising from other companies, profiling of visitors, advertising tracking pixels, analytics.
